This cottage has been so well thoughtout - it is a credit to you both (Rachel & John). Nothing has been left out and the quality is there for all to see. To add to all this you get your own pet dog (Zac) - as dog lovers a magical touch. I can recommend the marinated steak, radish salad and lime tart! Stunning. Above and beyond the call of duty - John even brought in our washing (and folded it) when it started to rain. We can recommend the Gannet Colony as an enjoyable trip. Many thanks, this was a great find.

Thank you for creating such a warm comfortable and complete "Home Away From Home" here at "Driftwood Cottages". Your thoughtful preparation is apparent in every detail, from the carefully chosen local food... to the conveniences that make traveling easy and pleasant. We really appreciated the opportunity to do our laundry. Having a dog to pet was an unexpected bonus! (Our son's name is Zac, too!)
Staying in your "Starfish Cottage" will always be a special part of our memories of New Zealand!

We were made to feel very welcome at Driftwood. Lots of creature comforts and thoughtful supplies were left to make sure we wanted for nothing. The raspberries were delicious and the breakfast more enjoyable for knowing it was all local produce. I'm just upset we didn't have time to try one of Rachel's evening meals. A real rest in the country.

Delightful Driftwood Cottages! Fab food! Thanks for your thoughtfulness. We appreciated the diversity of tasty local produce and we loved our gluten-free fruit bread. Internet wireless - fantastic! Hot water and pressure to burn! Wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Starfish and have already begun to spread the good word about you.
